Something’s Been Missing for Dads
Fatherhood is the most important, most challenging, and most rewarding role most of us will take on in life but there is very little support out there specifically for dads, and what does exist falls far short of our needs:
Books and podcasts can't address the complex, ever-changing, and personal nature of being a dad
Social groups lack the depth and learning that pushes us to grow as dads and leaders of our families
Almost all of it harbors someone else's idea of what you need to do to be a "good dad"
We need something more responsive, more intentional, more readily applicable to our individual situations. Hell, we need something more fun!
What We Offer
We bring together small groups of dads for a mix of good times and discovery + growth - because fatherhood throws a whole lot at you and you need both moments of levity and deep inspiration to sustain you through it all and keep your edges sharp.
In-person events give you the chance to explore something new and challenging with your kid and build memories together, or to bond with other dads and just get some relief from the everyday melee.
Our professionally guided online groups cultivate intentional spaces where dads can unwind and be themselves while exploring some of the most important issues related to fatherhood using top tools from peak performance and leadership, so that we can gain insight and clarity on how to do the dad thing and show up as our best selves with our families.
Join us to invest in your most important job and make an impact for generations to come.
What Fatherhood Circle Dads Say
“Joining The Fatherhood Circle was honestly the best thing that I did for myself in terms of study or self-help in service of my child and my family; it allowed me to share my wins and losses navigating being a first-time parent in a safe and bolstering environment centered on positive masculinity, community, and personal growth.” - Skyler, dad of 4-month old
"It's beautiful to be a part of a group of men trying to become the best version of a father they can. Drew and the men I've met in this group are striving to grow their comfort levels and capabilities physically, mentally, and emotionally. The world needs to revisit and nurture more communities like this. Honest, wholehearted and authentic." - Colin, expectant dad (now has a kid!)
"I joined the Fatherhood Circle after our second son was born. It turns out there are no economies of scale in parenting. It has been great to share the ups (and downs) of the journey with other Fathers who are going through (or have gone through) similar experiences. That, and, Dad jokes come in an endless supply, so two thumbs up for that.” - Tom, dad of a 3-year old and 3-month old
